How to become spiritually bulletproof in the crazy world . . .

For many people, the world seems to have lost its way. Never in living memory have we ever witnessed so much anger, fear & division amongst the people. Every single day the headlines scream all the fears & terrors of disease, illness & entrapment. Sadly, the toll it is taking on our mental health & daily lives is horrific & unless we prepare ourselves mentally & cultivate a level of strength within our soul to cope with this mental onslaught, we could easily succumb to the negativity that currently envelops us.

Yes, we are all looking for answers to all this madness, wanting to know when & if this crazy time will ever end. By our nature, whenever our security & safety is threatened, it’s natural for us to fall into a state of fear & insecurity & if there seems no hope, we can then fall into a state of despair & worse still, major depression. Whenever we look for answers to something we always on the OUTSIDE. We never stop to take the time to stop & look on the INSIDE! No one in the western world is taught of the importance & powerful practice of meditation, the beautiful art of practicing daily reflections & the huge health benefits of aligning our mind, body & soul! The simplest way to start determining where you’re at with the way the world currently is, is to ask yourself, how are you feeling right now? Are you sad, angry, frustrated, depressed, joyful or blissfully happy & contented?

If you are feeling any of the negative emotions, a great starting point to eliminate some of these negative energies is to check your daily diet! And when I speak of diet, I’m not just talking about food! You see, when we speak of dietary intake we always think of food & three times a day we feed our body a meal. But what do you feed your MIND & how many nourishing things are you putting into it each day? Unfortunately most people get out of bed in the morning, pour themselves a coffee & turn on the TV to grab the latest news & headlines! The WORST thing you can do is turn the TV on to watch ANY news at ANYTIME! Feeding your mind with this negative rubbish is little different & potentially even more harmful than tucking into a meal of fast food!! TV programming will have you attuned to the vibration of negativity & if you’re feeling worried & lost, you might to consider reducing or even eliminating your TV viewing time.

No matter where you are in your life right now, remember, you can change it, right here, right now, INSTANTLY! Because it only takes a half a second to make a choice. A choice to be different & a choice to not live the way you may currently be living if you aren’t happy. One of the most powerful ways you can start your day is by feeding your body with a wholesome breakfast to feed your body & instead of starting your day with the negativity with the TV morning news, feed your mind with wholesome, uplifting messages & information by watching something on Youtube that’s going to uplift your spirit & put a positive spring in your step! There’s so many great clips on Youtube & a few suggestions may be watching Abraham with Esther Hicks & people like Alan Watts & Bob Proctor.

The golden rule to remember in life is this. Whatever you put in to life is exactly what you receive in return! The Universe is only ever responding to your thoughts, energies & vibration at ALL times. So the higher your vibe, the higher your success, happiness, health & joy with everything that’s happening around you will be! Learn to eliminate things that are not conducive to your betterment in life. Be mindful of who you hang with too. Avoid negative people & anyone or anything that holds you back. This is YOUR life & it’s up to YOU to choose how you live it!
